Gold deals on Moscow Exchange drop by 20% to 9.32 tns in Jan–Sep
MOSCOW, Oct 2 (PRIME) -- The physical volume of gold deals on the Moscow Exchange fell by almost 20% on the year to 9.317 tonnes in January–September, the Moscow Exchange said on Friday.
The volume of silver deals more than tripled to 22.087 tonnes.
In monetary terms, deals in gold and silver grew to 39.225 billion rubles in the period from 29.6 billion rubles in January–September 2019.
In September, gold and silver deals on the exchange amounted to 8.3 billion rubles, including 1.8 tonnes of gold and 0.80 tonnes of silver for 47.5 million rubles.
